"Twilight" fans, are you ready? The much-anticipated release date of the first "Twilight" movie is here! And you don't have to wait until tomorrow to get your copy: many stores are hosting midnight release parties.

There are four stores in St. Joe that will be hosting hordes of teenage girls: Borders, Hastings and the North and South Belt Wal-Marts. The Wal-Mart in Atchison, Kan., will also be hosting a party.

The Borders party, which starts at 10 p.m., will include Vampire Baseball Trivia, an in-store scavenger hunt, a "Twilight" photo card raffle and the Borders "Twilight" Movie Awards.

The "Twilight" party at Hastings will be from 10 p.m. to midnight, with the store offering specials on select Stephanie Meyer books and a free DVD rental with the purchase of the "Twilight" special edition DVD.

And try not to be too jealous that you won't be at one of the parties the stars will be attending. Be happy you can go home and watch endless hours of Edward. *Sigh*
