It might not be as filling as your grandma's key lime pie, but the Key Lime Martini at Houlihan's is just as tasty. Made with Absolut vanilla vodka, key lime syrup and half and half, the drink is topped with a ring of graham crackers on the rim. It has a steady following at the restaurant, according to food and beverage manager Jesse Vidal. It's tart, creamy and oh so good.
