Much like the Easter bunny, the Peep chicks and rabbits are an integral part of Easter. And it wouldn’t be complete without some Peeps dressed up and posed in dioramas.
The Washington Post is hosting its annual Peeps Diorama Contest. Although the winners won’t be announced until Sunday, you can see pictures of last year’s winners winners. Entries include King Tut Peeps, U2 Peeps and Andy Warhol Peeps, and are pretty darn creative.
And the Chicago Tribune is also hosting a Peeps on Parade contest. Go here to see readers’ submissions (at last count it was at almost 200!).
In our area, 96.5 The Buzz in Kansas City is having readers "Take Your Peeps to Work." You can see photos on Afentra’s blog (scroll down a few entries).
Man, after looking at all of these, now I want to eat some Peeps, and I don’t even like the things.
