Max VanDyke, co-founder of the St. Joseph Area Water Garden Society, will speak about water gardening at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, in a free program at the Belt Branch, 1904 N. Belt Highway, of Rolling Hills Consolidated Library.
VanDyke will discuss how to create and care for a water garden and show pictures of local water gardens.
