Missouri Department of Conservation foresters Lonnie Messbarger and Kevin Halsey will discuss ice damage to trees, how to evaluate your trees and how to hire a tree service along with pruning techniques and replacing lost trees in a program at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Belt Branch of Rolling Hills Consolidated Library, 1904 N.
