In preparation for the Apple Blossom Parade, Rexie Planalp (Chairperson, KiDS for OBAMA - Missouri) will be hosting a sign and t-shirt making event will be held at Rolling Hills Consolidated Library in the Community Room, located at 1904 N. Belt Hwy. in Saint Joseph on April 26 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Although materials will be available, any additional items you can bring (markers, color crayons, poster board, non-toxic water colors, solid t-shirt), would be much appreciated. Local artists are invited to come and share their talent.
